What is the timeline of the project?
The project will be developed in stages. The first phase includes the basic infrastructure, the water features such as lakes and rivers and the central amenities. This phase is expected to be completed by the end of 2025. After that, the investment projects such as the development of the golf course will be further realized.

The concept is to harmonise nature with the buildings of La Rivera. There are only dedicated areas where two-story buildings are allowed. In addition, emphasis is placed on the use of natural materials that integrate perfectly with the environment.

Is La Rivera at a distance that is easily accessible?
Yes, the center of San Rafel can be reached by car within 20 miutes. San Rafael provides daily flights to Buenos Aires and private planes can also land directly in La Rivera on its own runway.
